The sewing machine has been integrated with the operation panel and the control box for ease of use. All of the L-1D series adopt the direct drive system. As a result, the sewing machine starts up swiftly and promises increased stop accuracy, thereby demonstrating improved responsivenes.
Since the sewing machine has no V-belt, the operator needs neither to clean up shavings from the V-belt, nor adjust the V-belt tension.
The L-1D series is equipped as standard with a USB port that can be used to charge smartphones, etc.
This sewing machine is provided as standard with the voice guidance.
By thoroughly in modifying the sewing mechanisms, the machine flexibly responds to various kinds of materials and produced beautiful seams of consistent quality by digital controled feed system.
Illuminance of the LED hand light is adjustable in five levels. It can be adjusted to the illuminance to help the operator to easily carry out work around the needle, thereby helping increase work efficiency.
The presser foot moves quietly and swiftly, providing a light, smooth, and enjoyable operation. (A knee lifter is also standard equipment)
L-1D has two switches as standard. It is possible to be customized. The upper button is the reverse stitch button, and the lower button is the half-stitch correction switch.
JIN has a needle bar stroke of 33mm and a looper stroke of 112–122mm, providing a sufficient range of operation compared to other brands. Beautiful stitches: The sufficient thread lift ensures that the stitches are tight and aesthetically pleasing. Suitable for thick fabrics: In thick or multi-layer sewing, more thread needs to be lifted, allowing for appropriate tension on the fabric.
